LWF Myanmar has organized 2 days training on Women Empowerment and Leadership for leaders and members of 21 Women Groups and 7 Community Empowerment Facilitators in Ann Township, Rakhine under the objectives of improving key leadership competencies of women leaders from the community and able to see overall management of the processes of village development as a women leader.
The training also facilitated to identify their owned capacities and strengthened leadership skills with the systematic methods and how to apply in practical.
