In order to improved access to education and quality of education for children in formal schools, IDP camps and host villages in Rakhine State, LWF Myanmar has implemented "Education for Change" Project in Sittwe, Pauk Taw, Mrauk-U, Ponnakyun and Ann Townships through collaboration and coordination with the State Education Department, respective Township Education Offices and Education Sector members.
The Project was funded by European Union, Church of Sweden and Australian Lutheran World Service, its support reached to (98) educational facilities (22 Government Funded Schools, 48 Temporary Learning Spaces, 20 Child Friendly Spaces, 6 Non Formal Education facilities, 2 Non Formal Primary Education Facilities) in Rakhine State.
It is our pleasure to share our project achievements documented video and expected to see our LWF Myanmar Project activities in Rakhine State especially in the area of Education.
