Lutheran World Federation – Myanmar (LWF) is launching an “Open Tender” and invites interested suppliers/candidates to participate in the procurement procedure for the relevant lot(s):
Description Quantity
Non Food Items Kits (for People of Specific Needs) 5,266 Kits
Non Food Items Kits (for People with Disable) 694 Kits
1. All the goods are for a humanitarian project in supply of Non Food Items for People of Specific Needs and for People with Disable an intervention supported by Canadian Lutheran World Relief and Global Affairs Canada.
2. The offered prices shall be quoted in Myanmar Kyats only.
3. All offers must be in English language only. Late bids will be rejected.
4. Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the Tender Dossier. Tenderers or their authorized representative can be present at the opening of tenders.
5. Tender documents will be available from 11 September 2019 (8:30am) and to 2 October 2019 (5:30pm). Interested tenderers can obtain the Tender Dossier in English at no cost from the Contracting Authority mentioned below.
